The community that was there is no longer there.

There aren’t as many people as there used to be; there were far more people here before, in my opinion, looking back.
Agus ar ndóigh tá saol níos fearr ag daoiní. Níl aon dabht faoi sin. Tá tithe níos fearr acu agus tá
And of course people have a better life. There is no doubt about that. They have better houses and so on.
Tá carranna acu uilig agus tá na bóithreanna, bíodh siad nach bhfuil siad ró-iontach, tá siad i bhfad níos fearr ná mar a bhí siad.
They all have cars and the roads, even though they are not too great, they are much better than they used to be.
Agus mar sin tá tá feabhas tagtha ar go leor leor rudaí.
And so, there has been an improvement in many, many things.

But after that I suppose..
Nach bhfuil an bhrí chéanna sa phobal seo agus a bhí deich mbliana fichead ó shin?
Does this community not have the same spirit as it had twenty years ago?
